Praise
waiteth
for thee
, O God, in Sion:
and
unto
thee
shall
the
vow
be performed
.
For the
choirmaster.
A
Psalm
of
David.
A
song.
Praise
awaits
You
, O God, in Zion;
to
You
our
vows
will
be fulfilled
.
O thou
that
hearest
prayer, unto
thee
shall
all flesh
come.
O You
who
listen
to
prayer, all people
will
come to
You
.
Iniquities prevail against me :
as
for our transgressions ,
thou
shalt
purge
them
away
.
When
iniquities prevail against me ,
You
atone
for our transgressions.
Blessed is the man
whom
thou
choosest,
and causest
to approach
unto
thee,
that
he
may
dwell in thy
courts :
we shall
be
satisfied
with the goodness of thy
house, even
of thy
holy
temple.
Blessed is the one
You
choose
and bring
near
to dwell in Your
courts !
We are
filled
with the goodness of Your
house, the
holiness
of Your
temple.
By
terrible
things
in
righteousness wilt
thou
answer us, O God of our salvation ;
who
art
the confidence
of all the ends of the earth ,
and of them
that
are
afar
off
upon
the sea:
With
awesome
deeds
of
righteousness You
answer us, O God of our salvation ,
the hope
of all the ends of the earth and of the farthest
seas.
Which
by
his
strength
setteth
fast
the mountains ;
being
girded with power:
You
formed
the mountains by
Your
power,
having
girded Yourself
with might.
Which
stilleth
the noise
of the seas, the noise
of their waves, and the tumult of the people
.
You
stilled
the roaring
of the seas, the pounding
of their waves, and the tumult of the nations
.
They
also
that
dwell
in
the
uttermost
parts
are
afraid
at
thy
tokens:
thou
makest
the
outgoings
of
the morning
and evening
to
rejoice
.
Those
who
live
far
away
fear
Your
wonders;
You
make
the dawn
and sunset
shout
for
joy
.
Thou
visitest
the earth ,
and waterest
it:
thou
greatly
enrichest
it with the river
of God ,
which
is
full of water :
thou
preparest
them
corn
, when
thou
hast
so
provided
for it
.
You
attend
to
the earth and water
it ;
with abundance
You
enrich
it.
The streams
of God are
full of water, for You
prepare
our
grain
by
providing
for
the
earth
.
Thou
waterest
the
ridges
thereof
abundantly:
thou
settlest
the
furrows thereof:
thou
makest
it soft
with showers :
thou
blessest
the
springing
thereof
.
You
soak
its
furrows and
level
its
ridges;
You
soften
it with showers and
bless
its
growth
.
Thou
crownest
the year with thy
goodness;
and thy
paths drop
fatness
.
You
crown
the year with Your
bounty,
and Your
paths overflow
with
plenty
.
They
drop
upon
the pastures of the wilderness :
and
the little
hills rejoice
on
every
side
.
The pastures of the wilderness overflow;
the hills are
robed
with
joy
.
The pastures are clothed with flocks ;
the valleys also
are covered
over
with corn;
they shout for
joy
, they also
sing.
The pastures are clothed with flocks ,
and
the valleys are decked
with grain.
They shout in
triumph;
indeed
, they sing.
