exhort,

first of all, there
be

supplications
, prayers, intercessions, thanksgivings,
for all
men:

that
petitions,
prayers, intercessions, and
thanksgiving
be
offered
for everyone—
for kings ,
and all who
are
in authority ,
that a
quiet
and
peaceable
life
we may lead in all piety
and gravity,
for kings and all those
in authority —so
that we may lead tranquil
and
quiet
lives
in all godliness
and dignity.

and acceptable
before
God our Saviour
,
This is good
and pleasing
in
the
sight
of
God our Savior
,
who doth
will
all
men
to be saved ,
and to come to the full
knowledge of the truth ;
who wants
everyone
to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth .

God, one
also
`
is '
mediator of
God and of
men, the man Christ Jesus,
For there
is one
God, and
there
is one
mediator between
God and men, the man Christ Jesus,
who did
give
himself a ransom for all --
the testimony in
its
own
times
--
who gave
Himself as
a ransom for all —
the testimony that
was
given
at
just
the
right
time.

regard
to
which
I was set
a preacher and
apostle --
truth
I
say
in
Christ
, I
do
not
lie
--
a teacher of nations,
in
faith
and
truth.
For
this
reason
I was appointed
as
a preacher ,
an
apostle, and
a faithful
and
true
teacher of the
Gentiles.
I
am
telling
the
truth ;
I
am
not
lying
about
anything
.
I
wish,
therefore ,
that
men pray in
every
place
, lifting up kind
hands, apart
from
anger and
reasoning;
Therefore I
want
the
men everywhere
to
pray, lifting up holy
hands, without
anger or
dissension.

manner
also
the women ,
in
becoming
apparel, with modesty and sobriety
to
adorn
themselves
, not in
braided hair ,
or gold ,
or pearls ,
or garments
of
great
price
,
Likewise,
I
want
the women to
adorn
themselves
with
respectable
apparel, with modesty ,
and with
self-control
, not with
braided hair or gold or pearls or expensive
clothes
,
but --
which
becometh
women
professing
godly
piety
--
through
good works
.
but with
good deeds,
as
is
proper
for
women
who
profess
to
worship
God
.
Let
a woman in
quietness
learn in all
subjection,
A woman must
learn in quietness
and
full
submissiveness.
and
a
woman
I do not suffer
to teach ,
nor
to rule
a husband,
but
to be
in
quietness,
I do not permit
a
woman
to teach or
to exercise
authority
over
a man;
she
is
to remain
quiet.
for Adam was first
formed, then Eve ,
For Adam was formed first
, and
then Eve .
and Adam
was not deceived, but the woman ,
having
been
deceived ,
into transgression came,
And it
was not Adam
who
was
deceived, but the woman who
was
deceived and
fell
into transgression .
and
she
shall
be saved through the
child-bearing
, if they remain
in faith, and
love, and sanctification
, with sobriety
.
Women,
however,
will
be saved through childbearing
, if they continue
in faith, love, and holiness
, with self-control
.
