Therefore,
there is now no condemnation for
those
who
are in Christ Jesus.
There is therefore
now no condemnation to
them
that
are in Christ Jesus.
For in
Christ
Jesus
the law of the Spirit of life set
you
free from the law of sin and death.
For the law of the Spirit of life in
Christ
Jesus
made
me
free from the law of sin and of
death.
For what the law was
powerless
to
do in that it was weakened
by
the flesh, God did
by
sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful man,
as
an
offering
for sin .
He
thus
condemned sin in the flesh ,
For what the law could
not
do ,
in that it was weak
through
the flesh, God ,
sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh
and
for sin ,
condemned sin in the flesh :
so
that the righteous
standard
of the law might be fulfilled in us, who do
not
walk according
to
the flesh but according
to
the Spirit.
that the ordinance
of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not
after
the flesh ,
but after
the Spirit.
Those
who
live
according
to
the flesh set
their
minds
on
the things of the flesh; but those
who
live
according
to
the Spirit set
their
minds
on
the things of the Spirit.
For
they
that
are
after
the flesh mind
the things of the flesh; but they
that
are
after
the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
The mind of the flesh is death ,
but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace ,
For
the mind of the flesh is death ;
but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace :
because the mind of the flesh is hostile
to
God :
It does
not submit
to God’s
law, nor
can it do
so.
because the mind of the flesh is enmity
against
God ;
for
it is
not subject
to the
law of
God
, neither
indeed
can it be:
Those
controlled
by
the flesh cannot please God.
and
they
that
are
in
the flesh cannot please God.
You,
however,
are controlled
not by
the flesh ,
but by
the Spirit, if the Spirit of God lives
in you. And
if anyone
does
not have
the Spirit of Christ, he does
not
belong
to
Christ
.
But
ye
are not in
the flesh but in
the Spirit, if so
be
that
the Spirit of God dwelleth
in you. But
if any
man
hath
not the Spirit of Christ, he is
none
of
his
.
But
if Christ is in you, your
body is dead because of sin ,
yet
your
spirit is alive
because of righteousness.
And
if Christ is in you, the
body is dead because of sin ;
but
the
spirit is life
because of righteousness.
And
if the Spirit of Him who
raised Jesus from the dead is
living
in you, He who
raised Christ Jesus from the dead will
also
give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit ,
who
lives
in you.
But
if the Spirit of him that
raised up
Jesus from the dead dwelleth
in you, he that
raised up
Christ Jesus from the dead shall
give life also
to your mortal bodies through his Spirit that
dwelleth
in you.
Therefore
, brothers
, we have
an
obligation
, but
it
is
not to the flesh, to live according
to
it.
So
then
, brethren
, we are
debtors
, not to the flesh, to live after
the
flesh:
For if you
live according
to
the flesh, you
will
die; but if by the Spirit you
put to death the deeds of the body, you
will
live.
for if ye
live after
the flesh, ye
must
die; but if by the Spirit ye
put to death the deeds of the body, ye
shall
live.
For all
who
are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.
For as
many
as
are led by the Spirit of God ,
these
are sons of God.
For you
did
not receive
a
spirit of slavery
that
returns
you
to
fear ,
but you
received the Spirit of sonship
, by
whom
we cry, “
Abba !
Father !”
For ye
received
not the
spirit of bondage
again
unto
fear ;
but ye
received the spirit of adoption
, whereby
we cry, Abba ,
Father .
The Spirit Himself testifies
with our spirit that we are God’s
children .
The Spirit himself beareth
witness
with our spirit ,
that we are children of
God:
And if we
are
children, then we
are
heirs :
heirs of God and co
-heirs with Christ —
if indeed
we suffer with Him, so
that we may also
be glorified with Him.
and if children, then heirs ;
heirs of God ,
and joint
-heirs with Christ ;
if so
be
that
we suffer with `
him '
, that we may be also
glorified with `
him '
.
I consider
that our
present
sufferings are not comparable
to the glory that
will
be revealed in
us.
For
I reckon
that the
sufferings of
this
present
time
are not worthy
to be
compared
with
the glory which
shall
be revealed to
us -ward
.
The creation
waits
in
eager
expectation for the revelation
of the sons of God.
For
the earnest
expectation of
the
creation
waiteth
for the revealing
of the sons of God.
For the creation was subjected to futility
, not by
its own will, but because
of the
One
who subjected it, in hope
For the creation was subjected to vanity
, not of
its own will, but by
reason
of him
who subjected it, in hope
that the creation itself will
be set
free
from its
bondage to
decay
and
brought
into the glorious
freedom
of the children of God.
that the creation itself also
shall
be delivered
from the
bondage of
corruption
into the liberty
of the glory
of
the
children of God.
We know that the whole creation has
been
groaning
together
in the
pains
of
childbirth
until the
present
time
.
For
we know that the whole creation groaneth
and
travaileth
in pain
together
until now
.
Not only that
, but we
ourselves, who have the firstfruits
of the Spirit, groan
inwardly
as
we wait
eagerly
for our adoption as
sons
, the redemption of our bodies
.
And
not only so
, but ourselves also
, who have the first-fruits
of the Spirit, even
we ourselves
groan
within
ourselves,
waiting
for `
our '
adoption, `to
wit',
the redemption of our body
.
For in this
hope we
were saved ;
but hope that is seen is no
hope at
all.
Who hopes
for what
he can
already
see
?
For in hope were we
saved :
but hope that is seen is not
hope :
for
who hopeth
for that
which
he seeth
?
But if we hope for what
we do
not
yet
see, we wait for it patiently
.
But if we hope for that
which
we see not
, `then'
do
we with
patience
wait for it.
In the
same
way,
the Spirit helps
us
in
our weakness.
For we do
not
know how we
ought
to pray ,
but the Spirit Himself intercedes
for us with groans
too
deep
for
words.
And
in like
manner
the Spirit also
helpeth
our infirmity:
for we know not
how to pray as
we
ought;
but the Spirit himself maketh
intercession
for `
us '
with groanings
which
cannot
be
uttered;
And He who
searches
our
hearts knows
the mind of the Spirit, because the
Spirit
intercedes
for the saints according to the will of God.
and he that
searcheth
the
hearts knoweth
what
is
the mind of the Spirit, because he
maketh
intercession
for the saints according to `
the will of '
God.
And we know that God works
all things together for the
good of
those
who
love
Him
, who
are called according to His purpose.
And we know that to
them
that
love
God all things work
together for good, `even'
to
them
that
are called according to `
his '
purpose.
For those
God
foreknew, He also predestined
to be conformed to the image of His Son, so
that He would
be the firstborn among many brothers.
For whom
he
foreknew, he also foreordained
`
to be '
conformed to the image of his Son, that he might
be the firstborn among many brethren:
And those
He predestined
, He also called ;
those
He called, He also justified ;
those
He justified, He also glorified.
and whom
he foreordained
, them
he also called :
and
whom
he called, them
he also justified :
and
whom
he justified, them
he also glorified.
What then shall we say in
response
to these things? If God is for us, who can
be
against us?
What then shall we say to these things? If God `
is '
for us, who `is'
against us?
He who
did
not spare
His own Son but gave
Him up for us all, how will
He not also ,
along
with Him ,
freely give us all things?
He that
spared
not his own Son ,
but delivered
him up for us all, how shall
he not also with him freely give us all things?
Who will
bring
any
charge against
God’s
elect? It is God who
justifies.
Who shall
lay
anything
to
the
charge of
God's
elect? It is God that
justifieth;
Who is there
to
condemn
us
? For
Christ Jesus ,
who
died, and
more
than
that was raised to
life
, is at the right hand of God —and
He
is
interceding
for us.
who is he
that
condemneth
? It
is
Christ Jesus that
died, yea
rather,
that was raised from
the
dead
, who
is at the right hand of God ,
who
also
maketh
intercession
for us.
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble
or distress
or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger
or sword?
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation,
or anguish,
or persecution ,
or famine ,
or nakedness ,
or peril,
or sword?
As it is written :
“
For Your
sake we face
death
all day long; we are
considered
as sheep to
be
slaughtered
. ”
Even
as it is written ,
For thy
sake we are
killed
all the
day long; We were
accounted
as sheep for
the
slaughter
.
No
, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who
loved us.
Nay
, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that
loved us.
For I am convinced
that neither death nor life, neither
angels nor principalities, neither
the
present nor the
future
, nor any
powers,
For I am persuaded,
that neither death ,
nor life, nor
angels ,
nor principalities, nor
things
present ,
nor things
to
come
, nor powers,
neither
height nor depth, nor anything
else
in
all
creation
, will
be able to separate us from the love of God that
is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
nor
height ,
nor depth, nor any
other
creature
, shall
be able to separate us from the love of God ,
which
is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
