Then
the
angel
showed
me a river of the
water of life, as
clear as crystal, flowing
from
the throne of God and of the Lamb
And
he
shewed
me a pure
river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding
out
of
the throne of God and of the Lamb .
down
the middle
of the main
street of the
city.
On either side of the river stood
a
tree of life, bearing
twelve kinds
of fruit
and yielding
a
fresh
crop
for
each
month .
And the leaves of the tree are
for the healing of the nations.
In
the midst
of the street of it,
and
on either side of the river ,
was
there
the
tree of life, which
bare
twelve manner
of fruits,
and yielded
her
fruit
every
month :
and the leaves of the tree were
for the healing of the nations.
No
longer
will
there be any
curse .
The throne of God and of the Lamb will
be within
the
city,
and His servants will
worship
Him .
And
there shall
be no
more
curse :
but
the throne of God and of the Lamb shall
be in
it;
and his servants shall
serve
him :
They will
see His face ,
and His name will
be on
their foreheads.
And
they shall
see his face ;
and his name shall
be in
their foreheads.
There will
be no more
night in
the
city,
and they will
have
no
need for
the
light of a
lamp
or
of
the sun .
For the Lord God will
shine
on
them ,
and they will
reign forever
and ever.
And
there shall
be no night there;
and they need no
candle,
neither
light of the sun ;
for the Lord God giveth
them light:
and they shall
reign for
ever
and ever.
Then
the
angel
said to
me, “
These words
are faithful and true .
The Lord ,
the
God of the spirits
of
the
prophets ,
has
sent His angel to show
His servants what
must soon
take
place
. ”
And
he
said unto
me, These sayings
are faithful and true :
and
the Lord God of the holy
prophets sent his angel to shew
unto
his servants the
things
which
must shortly
be
done
.
“
Behold, I am
coming
soon.
Blessed is the
one
who
keeps
the words
of prophecy in
this book. ”
Behold, I come
quickly:
blessed is he
that
keepeth
the sayings
of the
prophecy of
this book.
And I am
John ,
who
heard
and
saw these things. And when I had heard and seen them
, I fell down to worship at
the feet of the angel who
had
shown
me these things.
And I John saw these things ,
and
heard
them
. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before
the feet of the angel which
shewed
me these things.
But
he said
to
me, “
Do not do
that!
I am a
fellow
servant
with
you
and your
brothers
the prophets, and with
those
who
keep the words
of this book .
Worship God !”
Then
saith
he unto
me, See
thou
do it
not :
for
I am thy
fellowservant,
and of
thy
brethren
the prophets, and of
them
which
keep the sayings
of this book :
worship God .
Then
he told
me, “Do
not
seal up
the words
of prophecy in
this book ,
because
the time is near
.
And
he saith
unto
me, Seal not
the sayings
of the
prophecy of
this book :
for
the time is at
hand
.
Let the
unrighteous
continue
to
be unrighteous,
and the
vile
continue
to
be
vile;
let the
righteous continue
to
practice
righteousness
, and the
holy continue
to
be holy. ”
He
that
is
unjust,
let him
be unjust
still:
and he
which
is
filthy,
let him
be
filthy
still:
and
he
that
is
righteous, let
him
be
righteous
still:
and he
that
is
holy ,
let
him
be holy still
.
“
Behold, I am
coming
soon,
and My reward is with Me, to give to
each
one
according to
what
he
has
done
.
And,
behold, I come
quickly;
and my reward is with me, to give every
man
according as
his
work
shall
be
.
I am the
Alpha and the
Omega, the First
and the Last
, the Beginning
and the End
. ”
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning
and the end
, the first
and the last
.
Blessed are those
who
wash
their
robes
, so
that they may have the
right to the tree of life and may enter the city
by
its
gates.
Blessed are they
that
do
his
commandments
, that they may have right to the tree of life ,
and may enter in
through
the gates into
the
city
.
But
outside
are the
dogs, the
sorcerers, the
sexually
immoral
, the
murderers, the
idolaters, and everyone
who
loves
and practices
falsehood
.
For
without
are dogs, and
sorcerers, and
whoremongers
, and
murderers, and
idolaters, and whosoever
loveth
and maketh
a
lie
.
“
I ,
Jesus ,
have sent My
angel to give
you this
testimony
for
the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the bright Morning Star. ”
I Jesus have sent mine
angel to testify
unto
you these
things
in
the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and
the bright and
morning star.
The Spirit and the bride say, “
Come !”
Let the
one
who
hears
say, “
Come !”
And let the
one
who
is thirsty
come ,
and the
one
who
desires
the water of life drink
freely.
And
the Spirit and the bride say, Come .
And
let him
that
heareth
say, Come .
And let him
that
is athirst
come .
And whosoever
will,
let
him
take
the water of life freely.
I testify to
everyone
who
hears
the words of prophecy in
this book :
If anyone
adds
to
them
, God will
add to
him the plagues described
in this book .
For
I testify unto
every
man
that
heareth
the words of the
prophecy of
this book ,
If any
man
shall
add
unto
these
things
, God shall
add unto
him the plagues that
are
written
in this book :
And if anyone
takes
away from the words of this
book of prophecy, God will
take away his share
in
the tree
of life and the holy city, which are described
in this book.
And if any
man
shall
take
away from the words of the
book of this
prophecy, God shall
take away his part
out
of
the book
of life ,
and out
of
the holy city, and
from
the
things
which are written
in this book.
He who
testifies
to
these things says,
“Yes
, I am
coming
soon
. ”
Amen. Come, Lord Jesus !
He which
testifieth
these things saith
, Surely
I come
quickly
. Amen. Even
so,
come, Lord Jesus .
The grace of the
Lord Jesus be with all the
saints
. Amen.
The grace of our
Lord Jesus Christ
be with you
all. Amen.
