O
God, be
not
silent ;
be not
speechless;
be
not
still, O
God.
For,
behold,
your enemies are
stirred
up.
Those
who
hate
you
have lifted
up
their heads.
See
how
Your enemies rage,
how
Your
foes
have reared
their heads.
They
conspire
with cunning against your people .
They
plot
against your
cherished
ones.
With cunning they
scheme
against Your people and
conspire
against those
You
cherish,
"Come
, "
they
say
, "and
let's
destroy
them as a nation ,
That
the name of Israel may
be remembered no more. "
saying
, “Come
, let
us
erase
them as a nation ;
may
the name of Israel be remembered no more. ”
For they
have
conspired
together
with one mind .
They form an alliance against you .
For with one mind they plot
together,
they
form an alliance against You —
The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites ;

Gebal, Ammon, and Amalek ;

them .

Assyria has

strength

disgrace.
That
they
may know that you alone, whose name is Yahweh
