tent

in Salem, His dwelling place in Zion.
In Salem also
is
his
tabernacle
, and
his dwelling place in Zion.
There He shattered
the flaming
arrows, the shield and sword and weapons
of
war
. Selah
There brake
he the arrows of
the
bow
, the shield ,
and the
sword ,
and the
battle
. Selah .
You
are
resplendent
with
light,
more majestic
than mountains filled
with
game
.
Thou
art
more glorious
and
excellent
than the
mountains of
prey
.
The valiant
lie
plundered;
they sleep
their last
sleep .
No
men of might could
lift
a
hand
.
The stouthearted
are
spoiled,
they have
slept
their sleep :
and
none
of
the
men of might have
found
their
hands
.
At Your
rebuke, O God of Jacob, both horse
and rider
lie
stunned
.
At thy
rebuke, O God of Jacob, both the
chariot
and horse

cast
into
a
dead
sleep

You
alone
are
to be feared .
When
You
are
angry,
who can
stand before
You
?
Thou,
even

to be feared :

From heaven You
pronounced
judgment,

didst
cause

the wrath of man shall praise You;

clothe
Yourself

Surely
the wrath of man shall praise thee:
the remainder
of wrath shalt
thou
restrain

Make
and fulfill
your
vows
to
the LORD your God ;
let all the
neighboring
lands
bring tribute
to
Him who
is
to be feared.
Vow,
and pay
unto
the LORD your God :
let all that
be
round
about
him
bring presents
unto
him that
ought
to be feared.
He breaks
the spirits
of princes ;
He is feared
by
the kings of the earth.
He shall
cut
off
the spirit
of princes :
he is terrible
to
the kings of the earth.
