Verse BSB Berean Standard Bible KJV King James Version
Hallelujah! Sing to the LORD a new song His praise in the assembly of the godly .
Praise ye the LORD. Sing unto the LORD a new song , and his praise in the congregation of saints .
Let Israel rejoice in their Maker; let the children of Zion rejoice in their King.
Let Israel rejoice in him that made him: let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.
Let them praise His name with dancing, and make music to Him with tambourine and harp.
Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp.
For the LORD takes pleasure in His people ; He adorns the afflicted with salvation.
For the LORD taketh pleasure in his people : he will beautify the meek with salvation.
Let the saints exult in glory ; let them shout for joy upon their beds.
Let the saints be joyful in glory : let them sing aloud upon their beds.
May the high praises of God be in their mouths , and a double -edged sword in their hands,
Let the high praises of God be in their mouth , and a two -edged sword in their hand;
to inflict vengeance on the nations and punishment on the peoples,
To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people;
to bind their kings with chains and their nobles with shackles of iron ,
To bind their kings with chains , and their nobles with fetters of iron ;
to execute the judgment written against them. This honor is for all His saints. Hallelujah!
To execute upon them the judgment written : this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the LORD.
