Then
the
LORD
said
to
Moses,
And
Jehovah
spake
unto
Moses, saying,
“
Speak to
the Israelites
and tell
them :
After
you
enter
the land that
I am
giving
you as
a
home
Speak unto
the children
of
Israel,
and say
unto
them ,
When
ye
are
come
into
the land of
your
habitations,
which
I give
unto
you ,
and you
present
an offering made
by fire to
the
LORD
from
the
herd
or
flock
to
produce
a
pleasing
aroma
to
the
LORD—either
a burnt offering or a sacrifice, for
a special
vow or freewill offering or appointed
feast—
and will
make
an offering by fire unto
Jehovah,
a burnt -
offering ,
or a sacrifice, to
accomplish
a vow ,
or as
a
freewill -
offering ,
or in
your
set
feasts,
to
make
a
sweet
savor
unto
Jehovah,
of
the
herd,
or
of
the
flock;
then the
one
presenting
his
offering
to
the
LORD
shall also
present
a grain
offering of a tenth of an ephah of fine flour mixed
with a quarter
hin of olive
oil .
then shall he
that
offereth
his
oblation
offer
unto
Jehovah
a meal-
offering of a tenth part
`
of an ephah '
of fine flour mingled
with the
fourth
part
of
a hin of oil :
With the burnt offering or sacrifice of
each lamb ,
you
are
to
prepare
a
quarter
hin
of
wine
as
a
drink
offering
.
and
wine
for
the
drink-offering,
the
fourth
part
of
a
hin,
shalt
thou
prepare
with the burnt -
offering ,
or for
the
sacrifice ,
for
each lamb.
With
a ram you
are
to
prepare a grain
offering of
two -tenths
of an ephah of fine flour mixed
with a
third of a hin of olive
oil ,
Or
for
a ram ,
thou
shalt
prepare for
a meal-
offering two tenth
parts
`
of an ephah '
of fine flour mingled
with the
third part
of a hin of oil :
and a
third of a hin of wine as
a
drink
offering
, a pleasing
aroma
to
the
LORD
.
and for
the
drink-offering
thou
shalt
offer
the
third part
of a hin of wine, of
a sweet
savor
unto
Jehovah
.
When you
prepare
a young
bull
as
a burnt offering or sacrifice to fulfill
a vow or as
a
peace offering
to
the
LORD,
And
when thou
preparest
a bullock
for
a burnt -
offering ,
or for
a
sacrifice ,
to accomplish
a vow ,
or for
peace -offerings
unto
Jehovah;
present
with the bull
a grain
offering of three -tenths
of an ephah of fine flour mixed
with half a hin of olive
oil .
then
shall
he
offer
with the bullock
a meal-
offering of three tenth
parts
`
of an ephah '
of fine flour mingled
with half a hin of oil :
Also
present
half a hin of wine as
a
drink
offering.
It
is
an offering made by fire, a pleasing
aroma
to
the
LORD
.
and
thou
shalt
offer
for
the
drink-offering
half a hin of wine ,
for
an offering made by fire, of
a sweet
savor
unto
Jehovah
.
This
is
to
be done for each bull
, ram, lamb
, or goat
.
Thus
shall
it
be done for each bullock
, or
for
each
ram, or
for
each
of
the
he-lambs
, or of
the
kids
.
This
is
how
you
must
prepare each
one
, no
matter
how
many
.
According
to
the
number
that
ye
shall
prepare, so
shall
ye
do
to
every
one
according
to
their
number
.
Everyone
who
is
native
-born shall prepare
these things in
this way
when
he
presents
an offering made by fire as
a pleasing
aroma
to
the
LORD
.
All
that
are
home
-born shall do
these things after
this manner,
in
offering
an offering made by fire ,
of
a sweet
savor
unto
Jehovah
.
And for
the
generations
to
come,
if a foreigner
residing
with you or someone
else
among you wants
to
prepare
an offering made by fire as
a pleasing
aroma
to
the
LORD
, he is
to
do
exactly
as
you
do.
And if a stranger
sojourn
with you ,
or whosoever
may
be
among you throughout
your
generations,
and
will
offer
an offering made by fire ,
of
a sweet
savor
unto
Jehovah;
as
ye
do
, so
he shall
do.
The assembly is
to
have
the
same
statute both
for you and for the foreign
resident;
it
is
a permanent
statute for the
generations to
come.
You
and
the
foreigner
shall be
the same
before the
LORD
.
For
the assembly ,
there
shall
be
one
statute for you ,
and for the stranger
that
sojourneth
`with
you',
a statute for ever
throughout
your
generations :
as
ye
are,
so
shall the sojourner
be
before Jehovah
.
The
same
law and the
same
ordinance will
apply
both
to
you and to
the foreigner
residing
with you. ”
One
law and one
ordinance shall
be
for
you ,
and for
the stranger
that
sojourneth
with you.
Then
the
LORD
said
to
Moses,
And
Jehovah
spake
unto
Moses, saying,
“
Speak to
the Israelites
and tell
them :
When you
enter
the land to
which
I am
bringing
you
Speak unto
the children
of
Israel,
and say
unto
them ,
When ye
come
into
the land whither
I bring
you ,
and
you
eat the food
of the land, you
shall lift
up an
offering to
the
LORD
.
then
it
shall
be,
that,
when
ye
eat of
the bread
of the land, ye
shall offer
up a
heave-
offering unto
Jehovah
.
From
the first of your dough ,
you
are
to
lift
up a cake as
a contribution;
offer
it
just
like
an
offering from
the threshing floor.
Of
the first of your dough ye
shall
offer
up a cake for
a heave-
offering :
as
the heave-offering
of
the
threshing -
floor ,
so
shall
ye
heave
it
.
Throughout
your
generations,
you
are
to
give
the
LORD
an
offering
from
the first of your dough.
Of
the first of your dough ye
shall
give
unto
Jehovah
a
heave-offering
throughout
your
generations
.
Now
if
you
stray
unintentionally
and do
not obey
all these commandments that
the
LORD
has
spoken to
Moses —
And when
ye
shall
err,
and
not observe
all these commandments ,
which
Jehovah
hath
spoken unto
Moses ,
all that the
LORD
has
commanded you through
Moses from the day the
LORD
gave them
and continuing
through
the
generations to
come—
even
all that Jehovah
hath
commanded you by
Moses ,
from the day that
Jehovah
gave commandment,
and onward
throughout
your
generations ;
and
if it was
done unintentionally
without the knowledge of the congregation, then
the whole
congregation is
to
prepare
one young bull
as
a burnt offering, a pleasing
aroma
to
the
LORD
, with its
grain
offering and drink offering according to the regulation
, and one male
goat as
a sin offering.
then
it
shall
be,
if it be
done unwittingly,
without the knowledge of the congregation, that
all
the congregation shall
offer
one young bullock
for
a burnt -
offering, for
a sweet
savor
unto
Jehovah
, with the
meal-
offering thereof,
and the
drink -
offering thereof,
according to the ordinance
, and one he-
goat for
a sin -
offering.
The priest is
to
make atonement for the whole
congregation of Israel, so
that
they may
be forgiven; for the
sin
was unintentional
and they have brought to
the
LORD
an offering made by fire and a
sin offering ,
presented
before the
LORD
for their unintentional
sin.
And
the priest shall
make atonement for all
the congregation of the
children
of
Israel, and
they shall
be forgiven; for it
was an
error,
and they have brought their
oblation,
an offering made by fire unto
Jehovah,
and their
sin -
offering before Jehovah,
for their error:
Then
the whole
congregation of Israel and the foreigners
residing
among them will
be
forgiven,
since
it
happened
to
all the people unintentionally
.
and
all
the congregation of the
children
of
Israel shall
be
forgiven,
and the stranger
that
sojourneth
among them ;
for
in
respect
of
all the people it
was
done
unwittingly
.
Also,
if one person sins
unintentionally
, he is
to
present
a year
- old
female
goat as
a sin offering.
And
if one person sin
unwittingly
, then
he shall
offer
a she
-goat a year
old
for
a
sin -
offering.
And the priest shall make atonement before
the
LORD
on
behalf
of
the person
who
erred
by
sinning
unintentionally;
and
when atonement has
been
made
for him ,
he will
be forgiven.
And the priest shall make atonement for
the soul
that
erreth,
when he
sinneth
unwittingly,
before
Jehovah,
to
make
atonement for him ;
and
he shall
be forgiven.
You
shall have the
same
law for the
one
who
acts
in
error
, whether
he
is a
native
-born Israelite
or
a
foreigner
residing
among you
.
Ye
shall have one
law for him
that
doeth
aught
unwittingly
, for
him
that
is home
-born among the
children
of
Israel,
and
for
the
stranger
that
sojourneth
among
them
.
But the person
who
sins
defiantly
, whether a
native
or foreigner
, blasphemes
the LORD.
That person
shall be cut off from among his people.
But the soul
that
doeth
aught
with
a
high
hand
, whether he
be
home-born
or a
sojourner
, the same
blasphemeth
Jehovah;
and
that soul
shall be cut off from among his people.
He
shall
certainly
be
cut
off,
because he has
despised the word of the
LORD
and broken His commandment; his guilt
remains
on
him. ”
Because he hath
despised the word of Jehovah,
and hath
broken his commandment ,
that
soul
shall
utterly
be
cut
off
; his iniquity
shall
be
upon
him.
While the Israelites
were in the wilderness, a man was
found
gathering wood
on
the Sabbath day.
And
while the children
of
Israel
were in the wilderness, they
found
a man gathering sticks
upon
the sabbath day.
Those
who
found the
man
gathering wood
brought him to
Moses ,
Aaron, and the whole
congregation ,
And
they
that
found him
gathering sticks
brought him unto
Moses and
Aaron, and unto
all
the congregation .
and because it had not been declared what should be done to him ,
they
placed
him
in
custody
.
And they
put
him
in
ward,
because it had not been declared what should be done to him.
And the
LORD
said to
Moses, “
The man must
surely be put to death .
The whole
congregation is
to
stone him outside
the camp. ”
And Jehovah
said unto
Moses, The man shall
surely be put to death :
all
the congregation shall
stone him with
stones
without
the camp.
So
the whole
congregation took
the
man
outside
the camp and stoned him to death ,
as the
LORD
had
commanded Moses.
And
all
the congregation brought
him
without
the camp ,
and stoned him to death with
stones;
as Jehovah
commanded Moses.
Later,
the
LORD
said
to
Moses,
And
Jehovah
spake
unto
Moses, saying,
“
Speak to
the Israelites
and tell
them that throughout
the
generations
to
come
they are
to
make for
themselves
tassels
for
the corners
of their garments, with
a blue
cord on
each
tassel.
Speak unto
the children
of
Israel,
and bid
them that they make them
fringes
in
the borders
of their garments throughout
their
generations
, and
that
they
put
upon
the
fringe
of
each
border
a cord of
blue:
These
will
serve
as
tassels
for
you to
look
at
, so
that you
may remember all the commandments of the
LORD
, that
you
may
obey
them and not prostitute
yourselves
by
following
your own heart and your own eyes .
and
it
shall
be
unto
you for
a
fringe
, that ye
may look
upon
it,
and
remember all the commandments of Jehovah
, and
do
them ;
and that
ye
follow
not after
your own heart and your own eyes ,
after
which
ye
use
to
play
the
harlot;
Then
you
will
remember and obey
all My commandments, and you
will
be holy to
your God.
that
ye
may
remember and do
all my commandments, and be holy unto
your God.
I am the
LORD
your God who brought you out of the land of Egypt to be your God .
I am the
LORD
your God. ”
I am Jehovah
your God ,
who brought you out of the land of Egypt ,
to be your God :
I am Jehovah
your God.
