And
Jesus went
out,
and
departed
from
the temple :
and his disciples came to him for
to shew
him
the
buildings of
the
temple
.
As
Jesus left
the temple and was
walking
away,
His disciples came up
to Him to point
out
its
buildings.
And
Jesus
said
unto
them,
See ye
not
all these things? verily
I say
unto
you, There
shall
not be
left
here
one stone upon
another ,
that
shall
not
be thrown down.
“Do
you
see all these things? ”
He
replied.
“Truly
I tell
you, not one stone here
will
be
left
on
another ;
every
one
will
be thrown down. ”
And
as
he
sat
upon
the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto
him privately ,
saying,
Tell us, when shall
these things be?
and what shall
be the sign of thy
coming ,
and of the end of the world
?
While
Jesus
was
sitting
on
the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to
Him privately .
“
Tell us, ”
they
said,
“
when will
these things happen,
and what will
be the sign of Your
coming and of the end of the age
? ”
And
Jesus answered and
said
unto
them
, Take
heed
that no man
deceive
you.
Jesus answered, “See
to
it
that no one
deceives
you.
For many shall
come in my name, saying
, I am Christ ;
and shall
deceive many.
For many will
come in My name, claiming
, ‘
I am the
Christ ,’
and will
deceive many.
And
ye
shall
hear of wars and rumours
of wars :
see that ye
be
not troubled:
for
all
these things must come
to
pass
, but the end is not
yet
.
You
will
hear of wars and rumors
of wars ,
but
see to
it
that you
are
not alarmed.
These things must happen
, but the end is still
to
come
.
For
nation shall
rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom :
and
there shall
be famines ,
and pestilences,
and
earthquakes ,
in divers
places.
Nation will
rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom .
There will
be famines and earthquakes in various
places.
All these are the beginning of sorrows
.
All these are the beginning of birth
pains
.
Then shall
they deliver you up
to be afflicted
, and shall
kill
you :
and
ye
shall
be hated of
all nations for
my name's
sake
.
Then they will
deliver you over
to be persecuted
and
killed
, and you will
be hated by
all nations because
of
My name
.
And
then
shall
many be
offended,
and shall
betray one
another,
and shall
hate one another .
At
that
time
many will
fall
away
and will
betray and hate one another ,
And many false prophets shall
rise,
and shall
deceive
many.
and many false prophets will
arise
and mislead
many.
And
because iniquity
shall
abound
, the love of many
shall
wax
cold.
Because of
the
multiplication
of
wickedness
, the love of most
will
grow
cold.
But he
that
shall
endure
unto
the end,
the same
shall
be saved.
But the one
who
perseveres
to
the end
will
be saved.
And this gospel of the kingdom shall
be preached in all the world for
a witness
unto
all nations ;
and then shall
the end come.
And this gospel of the kingdom will
be preached in all the world as
a testimony
to
all nations ,
and then the end will
come.
When ye
therefore
shall
see the abomination of desolation, spoken
of
by Daniel
the prophet ,
stand
in
the
holy
place,
( whoso
readeth,
let him
understand :
)
So
when you
see standing
in
the holy
place
‘the
abomination of desolation, ’
described
by the prophet Daniel
(let the
reader
understand) ,
Then let them
which
be
in Judaea
flee into
the mountains :
then let those
who
are
in Judea
flee to
the mountains .
Let him
which
is
on the housetop not
come down to take
any
thing
out
of
his house :
Let no
one
on the housetop come down to retrieve
anything
from
his house .
Neither
let him
which
is
in the field return back
to
take
his clothes
.
And
let no
one
in the field return for
his cloak
.
And
woe
unto
them
that
are
with
child,
and
to
them
that
give
suck
in
those days!
How
miserable
those days will
be
for
pregnant
and
nursing
mothers
!
But
pray ye
that your flight be
not in the winter ,
neither
on the sabbath day:
Pray that your flight will
not occur
in the winter or
on the Sabbath .
For then
shall
be great tribulation, such
as
was
not
since
the beginning of the world to
this
time,
no
, nor
ever
shall
be.
For at
that
time
there
will
be great tribulation, unmatched
from
the beginning of the world until
now
, and
never
to
be seen
again
.
And
except
those days should
be
shortened
, there
should
no
flesh
be saved :
but for the elect's
sake those days shall
be shortened
.
If
those days had
not
been
cut
short
, nobody
would
be saved .
But for the sake of
the
elect,
those days will
be cut
short
.
Then
if any
man
shall
say
unto
you, Lo
, here is Christ ,
or there ;
believe it not
.
At
that
time,
if anyone
says
to
you, ‘Look
, here is the
Christ !’
or ‘
There He
is!’
do
not
believe it.
For there
shall
arise
false Christs ,
and false prophets ,
and shall
shew
great signs and wonders ;
insomuch
that, if it
were possible ,
they
shall
deceive
the
very
elect
.
For false Christs and false prophets will
appear
and perform
great signs and wonders that would
deceive
even
the
elect
, if that
were possible.
Behold
, I have told you before
.
See
, I have told you in
advance
.
Wherefore
if they shall
say
unto
you, Behold,
he is in the desert;
go
not forth:
behold
, he is in the secret
chambers;
believe it not
.
So
if they tell
you, ‘There
He is in the wilderness,’
do
not go
out;
or
, ‘Here
He is in the inner
rooms,’
do
not
believe it.
For as the lightning cometh
out
of
the east ,
and shineth
even
unto
the west ;
so shall
also
the coming of the Son of man be
.
For just
as the lightning comes
from
the east and flashes
as
far
as
the west ,
so will
be
the coming of the Son of Man.
For
wheresoever
the
carcase
is, there will
the eagles
be
gathered
together
.
Wherever
there
is a
carcass
, there the vultures
will
gather
.
Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall
the sun be darkened, and the moon shall
not give her
light ,
and
the stars shall
fall from heaven
, and the powers of the heavens shall
be shaken :
Immediately after the tribulation of those days :
‘
The sun will
be darkened, and the moon will
not give its
light ;
the stars will
fall from the
sky
, and the powers of the heavens will
be shaken .’
And
then
shall
appear
the sign of the Son of man in heaven :
and then
shall
all the tribes of the earth mourn ,
and
they shall
see the Son of man coming in
the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
At
that
time
the sign of the Son of Man will
appear
in heaven ,
and all the tribes of the earth will
mourn .
They will
see the Son of Man coming on
the clouds of heaven ,
with power and great glory.
And he shall
send his angels with a great
sound
of
a
trumpet, and they shall
gather together
his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven
to the other.
And He will
send out
His angels with a loud
trumpet call
, and they will
gather His elect from the four winds, from one end of the
heavens
to the other.
Now learn a
parable
of
the fig tree ;
When
his
branch
is
yet
tender ,
and putteth
forth
leaves, ye
know that summer is nigh:
Now learn this
lesson
from
the fig tree :
As
soon
as
its
branches
become
tender and sprout
leaves, you
know that summer is near.
So likewise
ye
, when ye
shall
see all these things, know that it
is near, even
at the doors
.
So also
, when you
see all these things, you
will
know that He
is near, right
at the door
.
Verily
I say
unto
you, This generation shall
not pass ,
till
all these things be
fulfilled
.
Truly
I tell
you, this generation will
not pass away
until
all these things have
happened
.
Heaven and earth shall
pass away, but my words shall
not
pass away.
Heaven and earth will
pass away, but My words will
never
pass away.
But
of
that day and
hour knoweth
no
man
, no,
not the angels of
heaven, but my
Father
only.
No
one
knows
about
that day or
hour, not even
the angels in
heaven, nor
the
Son,
but only the
Father
.
But
as the days of Noe
were
, so shall
also
the coming of the Son of man be
.
As it
was
in
the days of Noah
, so will
it
be
at
the coming of the Son of Man.
For as
in the days that
were
before the flood they
were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until
the day that
Noe
entered into
the ark ,
For in the days before the flood ,
people
were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up
to
the day Noah
entered the ark .
And knew
not
until the flood came ,
and took
them all away ;
so shall
also
the coming of the Son of man be
.
And they
were
oblivious,
until the flood came and swept
them all away .
So will
it
be
at
the coming of the Son of Man.
Then
shall
two be in the field ;
the
one shall
be taken ,
and the other left.
Two men
will
be in the field :
one will
be taken and the other left.
Two women shall
be grinding at the mill ;
the
one shall
be taken ,
and the other left.
Two women will
be grinding at the mill :
one will
be taken and the other left.
Watch
therefore :
for
ye
know
not what
hour
your Lord doth
come.
Therefore keep
watch,
because
you
do
not know
the
day
on
which
your Lord will
come.
But know
this ,
that
if the goodman
of
the
house
had known in what
watch the thief would
come
, he would have watched,
and would not have suffered
his house to
be broken up
.
But understand
this :
If the homeowner
had known in which
watch of
the night
the
thief was
coming
, he would have kept
watch
and would not have let
his house be broken into
.
Therefore
be
ye
also ready :
for
in
such
an
hour
as
ye
think
not
the Son of man cometh
.
For
this
reason,
you
also must
be
ready ,
because
the Son of Man will
come
at
an
hour
you
do
not
expect
.
Who then is a
faithful and wise servant, whom his
lord
hath
made
ruler
over
his household, to give them
meat
in
due
season
?
Who then is the
faithful and wise servant, whom the
master
has
put
in
charge
of
his household, to give the
others
their
food
at
the
proper
time
?
Blessed is that servant ,
whom
his
lord
when he cometh
shall
find
so
doing
.
Blessed is that servant whose
master
finds
him
doing
so
when he returns
.
Verily
I say
unto
you, That
he shall
make
him ruler
over
all his goods
.
Truly
I tell
you, he will
put
him in
charge
of
all his possessions
.
But and
if
that evil
servant shall
say
in his heart, My lord
delayeth
his
coming;
But suppose
that servant is
wicked
and
says
in his heart, ‘
My master
will
be
away
a
long
time.’
And shall
begin
to smite
his fellowservants,
and to eat and drink with the
drunken;
And he
begins
to beat
his fellow
servants
and to eat and drink with drunkards.
The lord
of that servant shall
come in
a day when
he looketh
not for
him,
and in
an hour that
he is
not aware
of,
The master
of that servant will
come on
a day he does
not expect
and at
an hour he does
not anticipate.
And
shall
cut him asunder,
and appoint
him his
portion
with the hypocrites :
there shall
be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Then
he
will
cut him to
pieces
and assign
him a
place
with the hypocrites ,
where
there will
be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
