Then
the
LORD
said
to
Moses,
And
Jehovah
spake
unto
Moses, saying,
“
Take Aaron and his sons, their
garments, the anointing oil, the bull
of the sin offering, the two rams, and the basket of unleavened bread ,
Take Aaron and his sons with
him
, and
the
garments, and
the anointing oil, and
the bullock
of the sin -
offering, and
the two rams, and the basket of unleavened bread ;
and assemble the whole
congregation at the entrance
to
the Tent of Meeting. ”
and assemble thou
all
the congregation at the door
of
the tent of meeting.
So
Moses did as the
LORD
had
commanded him ,
and the assembly
gathered
at the entrance
to
the Tent of Meeting.
And
Moses did as Jehovah
commanded him ;
and the congregation
was
assembled
at the door
of
the tent of meeting.
And Moses said to
them
, “
This is what
the LORD
has
commanded to be done. ”
And Moses said unto
the
congregation
, This is the thing
which
Jehovah
hath
commanded to be done.
Then
Moses presented
Aaron and his sons and washed them with water.
And
Moses brought
Aaron and his sons ,
and washed them with water.
He put the tunic
on
Aaron
, tied
the
sash
around
him, clothed him with the robe, and put the ephod on
him .
He tied
the woven band of the ephod around
him
and fastened
it to
him.
And
he put upon
him
the coat
, and
girded
him with
the
girdle
, and
clothed him with the robe, and put the ephod upon
him ,
and
he girded
him
with
the skilfully
woven band of the ephod ,
and bound
it unto
him therewith
.
Then
he put
the breastpiece
on
him and placed
the Urim and Thummim
in
the breastpiece
.
And
he placed
the breastplate
upon
him :
and in
the breastplate
he
put
the
Urim and the Thummim
.
Moses
also
put
the turban
on
Aaron’s
head and set the gold
plate, the holy diadem,
on
the
front
of
the
turban,
as the
LORD
had
commanded him
.
And
he
set
the mitre
upon
his
head ;
and upon
the
mitre,
in
front,
did
he
set the golden
plate, the holy crown;
as Jehovah
commanded Moses
.
Next,
Moses took the anointing oil and anointed the tabernacle and everything
in
it;
and so
he
consecrated
them.
And
Moses took the anointing oil ,
and anointed the tabernacle and all
that
was
therein,
and sanctified
them.
He sprinkled some
of
the
oil
on
the altar seven times, anointing
the altar and all its utensils
, and the basin
with
its stand
, to consecrate
them.
And
he sprinkled thereof
upon
the altar seven times, and
anointed
the altar and all its vessels
, and the laver
and
its base
, to sanctify
them.
He also
poured some
of the anointing oil on
Aaron’s
head and anointed him to consecrate
him.
And
he poured of the anointing oil upon
Aaron's
head ,
and anointed him ,
to sanctify
him.
Then
Moses presented
Aaron’s
sons, put
tunics
on
them, wrapped
sashes
around
them, and tied
headbands
on
them ,
just
as the
LORD
had
commanded him
.
And
Moses brought
Aaron's
sons, and
clothed
them with
coats
, and
girded
them with
girdles
, and bound
head-tires
upon
them ;
as Jehovah
commanded Moses
.
Moses
then
brought the bull
near
for
the sin offering ,
and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on
its
head.
And
he
brought the bullock
of
the sin -
offering :
and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon
the
head of
the
bullock
of
the
sin-offering
.
Moses slaughtered
the
bull,
took some
of
the blood, and applied
it with
his
finger
to
all
four
horns of the altar, purifying
the altar .
He
poured out the rest
of
the
blood at the base of the altar and consecrated
it so
that
atonement could
be
made
on
it.
And
he
slew
it;
and
Moses took the blood, and put
it upon
the
horns of the altar round
about
with
his
finger
, and
purified
the altar ,
and
poured out the blood at the base of the altar ,
and sanctified
it ,
to
make
atonement for
it.
Moses
also
took all the fat that was on
the entrails
, the lobe
of the liver, and both
kidneys and their fat ,
and burned it all
on
the altar.
And
he
took all the fat that was upon
the inwards
, and
the caul
of the liver, and the
two
kidneys ,
and their fat ;
and Moses
burned it upon
the altar.
But the bull
with
its hide
, flesh, and dung he burned
outside
the camp ,
as the
LORD
had
commanded him
.
But the bullock,
and
its skin
, and
its
flesh, and its
dung ,
he burnt
with
fire
without
the camp ;
as Jehovah
commanded Moses
.
Then
Moses
presented the ram for
the burnt offering ,
and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on
its
head.
And
he
presented the ram of
the burnt -
offering :
and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon
the
head of
the
ram
.
Moses
slaughtered
the
ram
and sprinkled the blood on
all
sides
of
the altar.
And he
killed
it;
and
Moses
sprinkled the blood upon
the altar round
about
.
He cut the ram into pieces and burned
the head, the pieces, and the fat.
And
he cut the ram into its
pieces ;
and Moses
burnt
the head, and
the pieces, and the fat.
He washed the entrails
and legs with water and burned
the entire
ram on
the altar as
a burnt offering ,
a pleasing
aroma,
an offering made by fire to
the
LORD,
just
as the
LORD
had
commanded Moses.
And
he washed the inwards
and the
legs with water ;
and Moses
burnt
the whole
ram upon
the altar :
it
was
a burnt -
offering for
a sweet
savor:
it
was
an offering made by fire unto
Jehovah;
as Jehovah
commanded Moses.
After
that,
Moses
presented the other ram, the ram of ordination,
and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on
its
head.
And
he
presented the other ram, the ram of consecration:
and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon
the
head of
the
ram
.
Moses
slaughtered
the
ram
and took some
of its
blood and put it on
Aaron’s
right earlobe
, on
the thumb of his right hand, and on
the big
toe of his right foot.
And he
slew
it;
and
Moses
took of the
blood thereof,
and put it upon
the
tip
of
Aaron's
right ear
, and
upon
the thumb of his right hand, and upon
the great
toe of his right foot.
Moses
also
presented
Aaron’s
sons and put some
of the blood on
their right earlobes
, on
the thumbs
of their right hands
, and on
the big
toes
of their right feet.
Then
he
sprinkled the blood on
all
sides
of
the altar.
And
he
brought
Aaron's
sons ;
and Moses
put of the blood upon
the
tip
of
their right ear
, and
upon
the thumb
of their right hand
, and upon
the great
toe
of their right foot:
and
Moses
sprinkled the blood upon
the altar round
about
.
And Moses
took the fat —
the fat tail, all the fat that was on
the entrails
, the lobe
of the liver, and both
kidneys with
their fat —as
well
as
the right thigh .
And he
took the fat ,
and
the fat tail, and
all the fat that was upon
the inwards
, and
the caul
of the liver, and the
two
kidneys ,
and
their fat ,
and
the right thigh :
And from
the basket of unleavened bread that was before the
LORD
, he took one cake
of
unleavened bread
, one cake of bread made
with
oil
, and one wafer, and he
placed them on the fat portions
and on
the right thigh .
and out
of
the basket of unleavened bread ,
that was before Jehovah
, he took one unleavened cake
, and
one cake of oiled
bread, and one wafer, and placed them on the fat ,
and upon
the right thigh :
He put all
these
in
the hands of Aaron and his sons and waved them before
the
LORD
as
a wave offering.
and
he put the whole
upon
the
hands of Aaron ,
and upon
the
hands
of
his sons ,
and waved them for
a wave -
offering before
Jehovah
.
Then
Moses took these
from their hands and burned
them on the altar with
the burnt offering.
This
was
an
ordination
offering ,
a pleasing
aroma,
an offering made by fire to
the
LORD
.
And
Moses took them
from off
their hands ,
and burnt
them on the altar upon
the burnt -
offering :
they
were
a consecration
for
a
sweet
savor:
it
was
an offering made by fire unto
Jehovah
.
He
also
took the breast —Moses’
portion
of
the
ram
of
ordination—
and waved it before
the
LORD
as
a wave offering ,
as
the LORD
had
commanded him
.
And
Moses
took the breast ,
and waved it for
a wave -
offering before
Jehovah:
it
was
Moses'
portion
of
the ram
of
consecration;
as
Jehovah
commanded Moses
.
Next,
Moses took some
of the anointing oil and some
of the blood that
was on
the altar and sprinkled them
on
Aaron and
his garments, and on
his sons and their
garments .
So
he
consecrated
Aaron
and his garments, as
well
as
Aaron’s
sons and their
garments.
And
Moses took of the anointing oil ,
and of the blood which
was upon
the altar ,
and sprinkled it
upon
Aaron ,
upon
his garments, and upon
his sons ,
and upon
his
sons'
garments with
him,
and sanctified
Aaron,
his garments, and
his
sons ,
and his
sons'
garments with
him
.
And Moses said to
Aaron and his sons, “
Boil the meat
at the entrance
to
the Tent of Meeting and eat it there
with
the bread that is in the basket of ordination
offerings
, as I commanded, saying, ‘
Aaron and his sons are
to
eat it. ’
And Moses said unto
Aaron and to
his sons, Boil the flesh
at the door
of
the tent of meeting :
and there
eat it and
the bread that is in the basket of consecration
, as I commanded, saying, Aaron and his sons shall
eat it.
Then
you
must
burn
up
the
remainder
of the meat
and bread.
And
that
which
remaineth
of the flesh
and of
the
bread shall
ye
burn
with
fire
.
You
must
not go outside
the entrance
to
the Tent of Meeting for
seven days, until the days of your ordination
are
complete;
for it
will
take
seven days to
ordain
you
.
And
ye
shall
not go out
from
the door
of
the tent of meeting seven days, until the days of your consecration
be
fulfilled:
for he
shall
consecrate
you
seven days.
What
has
been done today
has
been
commanded by
the
LORD
in
order
to make atonement on
your
behalf
.
As
hath
been done this
day,
so
Jehovah
hath
commanded to do,
to
make atonement for
you
.
You
must
remain
at the entrance
to
the Tent of Meeting day and night for
seven days and keep the LORD’s
charge so
that you
will
not
die ,
for this
is
what
I have
been
commanded. ”
And
at the door
of
the tent of meeting shall
ye
abide
day and night seven days ,
and keep the charge of
Jehovah,
that ye
die not:
for so
I am
commanded.
So
Aaron and his sons did everything
the LORD
had
commanded through
Moses.
And
Aaron and his sons did all
the things
which
Jehovah
commanded by
Moses.
