Now
this is the history
of the
generations

Esau ( the

is Edom).
Esau took his wives from the daughters of Canaan: Adah daughter of Elon the Hittite ,
Oholibamah daughter of Anah and
granddaughter
of Zibeon the Hivite ,
Esau took his wives from the daughters of Canaan: Adah the

the Hittite ;
and
Oholibamah the
daughter of Anah ,
the
daughter
of Zibeon ,
the Hivite ;
and Basemath daughter of
Ishmael
and
sister of Nebaioth.

And
Adah bore Eliphaz
to Esau ,
Basemath gave
birth

Reuel ,
Adah bore to Esau Eliphaz.

Jeush, Jalam, and Korah. These were
the sons of Esau, who were born to him in the land of Canaan.

settled
in the area
of Mount
Seir.
