For this cause
I Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus in
behalf
of you Gentiles ,--
For this reason
I ,
Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for
the
sake
of you Gentiles ...
if
so
be
that
ye
have heard of
the dispensation
of that
grace of
God
which
was given me
to you -ward;
Surely
you
have heard about
the stewardship
of God’s
grace that
was given to me
for
you ,
how
that by
revelation
was
made known unto
me the
mystery
, as I wrote
before
in
few
words,
that is,
the
mystery
made known to
me by
revelation
, as I have
already
written
briefly.
whereby
, when
ye
read
, ye
can
perceive
my understanding
in
the mystery of Christ ;
In
reading
this
, then
, you
will
be
able
to
understand
my insight
into
the mystery of Christ ,
which in
other
generation
was not made known unto
the
sons
of
men ,
as it hath
now been revealed unto
his
holy apostles and prophets in
the
Spirit;
which was not made known to
men in
other
generations
as it has
now been revealed by
the
Spirit
to
God’s
holy apostles and prophets .
`to
wit',
that the Gentiles are fellow -
heirs, and
fellow -
members of the body, and fellow -
partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus through
the
gospel,
This
mystery
is
that through
the gospel
the
Gentiles are fellow heirs, fellow members of the body, and fellow partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus .
whereof
I was
made
a minister,
according
to
the gift of that
grace of
God
which
was
given me according
to
the working of his power.
I became
a servant
of
this
gospel
by
the gift of God’s
grace ,
given me through
the working of His power.
Unto
me,
who
am less than the least of all saints, was
this grace given ,
to preach unto
the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ ;
Though
I
am less than the least of all the
saints, this grace was
given me:
to preach to
the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ ,
and to make
all
men
see
what
is
the dispensation
of the
mystery which for ages hath
been
hid
in God who created all things ;
and to illuminate
for
everyone
the stewardship
of this
mystery ,
which for ages past
was
kept
hidden
in God ,
who created all things .
to
the
intent
that now unto
the
principalities
and
the
powers
in
the
heavenly
`places'
might
be
made
known
through the church the manifold wisdom of God,
His
purpose
was
that now ,
through the church ,
the manifold wisdom of God should
be
made
known
to
the
rulers
and
authorities
in
the
heavenly
realms
,
according to the eternal purpose which
he purposed
in Christ Jesus our Lord :
according to the eternal purpose that
He accomplished
in Christ Jesus our Lord .
in whom
we
have
boldness
and access
in
confidence
through our
faith in him.
In Him
and through faith in Him we
may
enter
God’s
presence
with
boldness
and
confidence
.
Wherefore
I ask that
ye
may
not faint
at
my tribulations
for you, which are your glory.
So
I ask you
not to
be
discouraged
because
of
my sufferings
for you, which are your glory.
For this cause
I bow my knees unto
the Father,
...
for this reason
I bow my knees before
the Father,
from whom every family in heaven and on earth is
named,
from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives
its
name.
that he
would
grant
you,
according
to
the riches of his glory ,
that
ye
may be
strengthened
with power through his Spirit in the
inward
man;
I
ask
that out
of
the riches of His glory He
may strengthen
you
with power through His Spirit in your
inner
being,
that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith ;
to
the
end
that
ye
, being rooted and grounded in love,
so
that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith .
Then
you
, being rooted and grounded in love,
may
be
strong
to
apprehend
with all the saints what
is
the breadth
and
length and height and depth ,
will
have
power,
together
with all the saints ,
to
comprehend
the length and width
and
height and depth
and
to
know
the love of Christ which
passeth
knowledge, that ye
may be filled unto
all the fulness
of God.
of
the love of Christ ,
and
to
know
this
love
that
surpasses
knowledge, that you
may be filled with
all the fullness
of God.
Now unto
him that
is able to do exceeding
abundantly
above
all that
we ask or think
, according to the
power that worketh
in
us,
Now to
Him who
is able to do so
much
more
than
all we ask or imagine
, according to His
power that is
at
work
within
us,
unto
him `
be '
the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus unto
all generations for
ever
and ever. Amen.
to
Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout
all generations ,
forever
and ever. Amen.
