YLT
Young's Literal Translation
Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by
the will of God, to the saints which
are at
Ephesus, and to the faithful in Christ Jesus:
Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ through
the will of God, to the saints who
are in
Ephesus, and to the faithful in Christ Jesus:
Grace be
to you, and peace ,
from God our Father, and from
the Lord Jesus Christ .
Grace to you, and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ !
Blessed be
the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath
blessed
us with
all
spiritual blessings
in heavenly places in Christ :
Blessed `is'
the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who did
bless
us in
every
spiritual blessing
in the
heavenly places in Christ ,
According as he hath
chosen
us in him before the foundation of the world, that
we
should
be
holy and without
blame
before him in love :
according as He did
choose
us in him before the foundation of the world, for
our
being
holy and unblemished
before Him ,
in love ,
Having predestinated
us unto
the adoption of children
by
Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
having foreordained
us to
the adoption of sons
through
Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will,
To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein
he hath
made
us accepted in the beloved .
to the praise of the glory of His grace, in
which
He did
make
us accepted in the beloved ,
In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness
of sins
, according to the riches of his grace ;
in whom we have the
redemption through his blood, the remission
of the
trespasses
, according to the riches of His grace ,
Wherein
he hath
abounded
toward us in all wisdom and prudence ;
in
which
He did
abound
toward us in all wisdom and prudence ,
Having made known unto
us the mystery
of his will, according to his good pleasure which
he hath
purposed in himself :
having made known to
us the secret
of His will, according to His good pleasure ,
that
He purposed in Himself ,
That
in the dispensation of the fulness of times he
might
gather
together
in
one all
things
in Christ, both which
are
in heaven
, and which
are
on
earth ;
even
in him :
in regard
to
the dispensation of the fulness of the
times ,
to
bring
into
one the
whole
in the
Christ, both the
things
in the
heavens
, and the
things
upon
the
earth --
in him ;
In whom also we have
obtained
an inheritance, being predestinated
according to the purpose of him who worketh
all things after
the counsel of his own
will :
in whom also we did
obtain
an inheritance, being foreordained
according to the purpose of Him who the
all things is
working
according
to
the counsel of His will ,
That
we
should
be
to the praise of his glory, who first trusted
in Christ .
for
our
being
to the praise of His glory, `even'
those
who did
first hope
in the
Christ ,
In whom ye also trusted
, after
that
ye
heard the word of truth ,
the gospel
of your salvation :
in whom also after
that
ye
believed, ye were sealed with that
holy Spirit of promise,
in whom ye also, having
heard the word of the
truth --
the good
news
of your salvation --
in whom also having
believed, ye were sealed with the
Holy Spirit of the
promise,
Which is the
earnest of our inheritance until
the redemption of the purchased
possession, unto
the praise of his glory.
which is an
earnest of our inheritance ,
to
the redemption of the acquired
possession, to
the praise of His glory.
Wherefore
I also, after
I
heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love unto
all the saints,
Because
of
this
I also, having
heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and the
love to
all the saints,
Cease
not to
give
thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers ;
do
not cease
giving
thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers ,
That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto
you the
spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge
of him :
that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of the
glory, may give to
you a
spirit of wisdom and revelation in the recognition
of him ,
The eyes of your understanding being enlightened ;
that
ye
may
know
what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
the eyes of your understanding being enlightened ,
for
your
knowing
what is the hope of His calling, and what the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,
And what is
the exceeding greatness of his power to us -ward
who believe
, according to the working of his
mighty
power,
and what the exceeding greatness of His power to us who are
believing
, according to the working of the
power of
His
might
,
Which he wrought in Christ, when
he
raised him from
the dead, and set him at his own
right hand in the heavenly places,
which He wrought in the
Christ, having
raised him out
of
the dead, and did
set `
him '
at His right hand in the heavenly `
places '
,
Far above all principality, and power
, and might, and dominion
, and every name that
is
named, not only in this world
, but also in that
which
is
to
come:
far above all principality, and authority
, and might, and lordship
, and every name named, not only in this age
, but also in the
coming
one;
And hath
put
all things under his feet, and gave
him to
be
the
head over all things to the church
,
and all things He
did
put
under his feet, and did
give
him --
head over all things to the assembly
,
Which is his body, the fulness of him that
filleth
all in all .
which is his body, the fulness of Him who
is
filling
the
all in all ,
