YLT
Young's Literal Translation
Paul, an apostle of Christ
Jesus by
the will of God, To the saints in Ephesus, the faithful in Christ Jesus:
Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ
through
the will of God, to the saints who
are
in Ephesus, and
to
the faithful in Christ Jesus:
Grace and
peace
to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ .
Grace to you ,
and
peace
from God our Father ,
and the Lord Jesus Christ !
Blessed be
the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has
blessed
us in Christ
with
every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms.
Blessed `is'
the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who did
bless
us in every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places
in
Christ,
For
He chose
us in Him before the foundation of the world to
be
holy and blameless
in
His
presence.
In love
according
as
He did
choose
us in him before the foundation of the world ,
for
our
being
holy and unblemished
before
Him,
in love ,
He
predestined
us for
adoption as
His
sons through Jesus Christ, according to the good pleasure of His will,
having
foreordained
us to
the
adoption of
sons through Jesus Christ to
Himself
, according to the good pleasure of His will,
to the praise of His glorious
grace, which He has
freely
given
us in the Beloved One.
to the praise of the
glory
of
His grace, in
which He did
make
us accepted
in the beloved ,
In Him
we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness
of our
trespasses, according to the riches of His grace
in whom
we have the
redemption through his blood, the remission
of the
trespasses, according to the riches of His grace ,
that
He lavished
on
us with
all wisdom and understanding.
in
which
He did
abound
toward
us in
all wisdom and prudence,
And
He
has
made known to us the mystery
of His will according to His good pleasure, which
He purposed in Christ
having
made known to us the secret
of His will ,
according to His good pleasure, that
He purposed in Himself,
as
a
plan
for
the fullness
of time
, to bring all
things in heaven
and on
earth together
in Christ.
in
regard
to
the dispensation
of the
fulness
of
the
times
, to bring into
one
the
whole
in
the
Christ,
both
the
things in the
heavens,
and the
things
upon
the
earth --
in him;
In Him
we
were
also chosen
as
God’s
own
, having
been
predestined
according to the plan
of Him who works
out
everything
by
the counsel of His will,
in whom
also we
did
obtain
an
inheritance
, being
foreordained
according to the purpose
of Him who the all
things
is
working
according
to
the
counsel of His will,
in
order
that
we
, who were
the
first to
hope in Christ, would
be
for
the
praise
of
His
glory.
for
our
being
to
the
praise
of
His
glory
, `even'
those
who did
first hope in the
Christ,
And
in Him
, having heard and
believed
the word of truth —
the gospel
of your salvation —you
were sealed with the promised
Holy Spirit,
in whom
ye
also
, having heard the word of the
truth --
the good
news
of your salvation --
in
whom
also
having
believed,
ye
were sealed with the Holy Spirit of
the
promise
,
who
is the
pledge
of our inheritance until
the redemption of those
who
are
God’s
possession, to the praise of His glory.
which
is an
earnest
of our inheritance ,
to
the redemption of the
acquired
possession, to the praise of His glory.
For
this reason,
ever
since
I heard about
your faith in the Lord Jesus and your
love for
all the saints,
Because
of
this I also,
having
heard of
your faith in the Lord Jesus ,
and the
love to
all the saints,
I
have
not stopped
giving thanks for you, remembering
you in my prayers,
do
not cease
giving thanks for you, making
mention
of
you in my prayers,
that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious
Father, may give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in your
knowledge
of Him .
that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of
the
glory
, may give to
you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the
recognition
of him ,
I
ask
that
the eyes of your heart
may
be
enlightened, so
that
you
may
know
the hope of His calling, the riches of His glorious
inheritance in the saints,
the eyes of your understanding
being
enlightened, for
your
knowing
what
is
the hope of His calling, and
what
the riches of the
glory
of
His inheritance in the saints,
and the surpassing
greatness of His power to us who believe.
These
are in
accordance
with
the working of His mighty
strength
,
and what
the exceeding
greatness of His power to us who are believing,
according
to
the working of the
power
of
His might
,
which He exerted
in Christ when
He
raised Him from
the dead and seated
Him at His right hand in the heavenly realms
,
which He wrought
in the
Christ ,
having
raised him out
of
the dead ,
and did
set
`
him '
at His right hand in the heavenly `places'
,
far above all rule
and authority, power
and dominion
, and every name that
is
named, not only in the
present
age but also in the one to
come.
far above all principality,
and authority, and might
, and lordship,
and
every name named, not only in this
age ,
but also in the coming
one ;
And God
put everything
under His feet and made
Him head over everything
for
the church
,
and all
things
He
did
put under his feet ,
and did
give
him --
head over all
things
to
the assembly
,
which is His body, the fullness
of Him who fills
all in all .
which is his body, the fulness
of Him who is
filling
the
all in all ,
