Moses went up from the plains of Moab to Mount Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, that

over
against
Jericho. Yahweh
shown
him all
the land of
Gilead ,
to
Dan,
Then
Moses went up from the plains of Moab to Mount Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, which
faces
Jericho. And
the
LORD
showed
him the whole
land —from
Gilead as
far
as
Dan,
and
all Naphtali, and
the land of Ephraim and Manasseh, and
all the land of Judah ,
to
the hinder
sea,
all of
Naphtali, the land of Ephraim and Manasseh, all the land of Judah as
far
as
the Western
Sea,
and
the South
, and the Plain
of
the valley of Jericho the city of palm
trees,
to Zoar.
the Negev
, and the region
from
the Valley of Jericho (
the City of Palms)
all
the
way
to Zoar.
Yahweh
said to him, This is the land which
I swore to Abraham, to
Isaac, and to
Jacob ,
saying
, I will give it to your seed:
I have caused
you to
see it with your eyes, but you shall
not go
over
there
.
And
the
LORD
said to him, “
This is the land that
I swore to give
Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob when
I
said
, ‘
I will give it to your descendants.’
I have let
you see it with your own
eyes, but you will
not cross
into
it
. ”
So Moses the servant of Yahweh
died there in the land of Moab, according
to
the word
of
Yahweh
.
So Moses the servant of the
LORD
died there in the land of Moab, as
the LORD
had
said
.
He buried him in the
valley in the land of Moab over
against
Beth Peor :
but
no man
knows
of
his
tomb
to this day.
And
He buried him in a

peor ,
and

to this day knows
the
location
of
his
grave
.
Moses was one
hundred twenty years old when he died :
his eye
was
not dim
, nor
his natural
force
abated
.
Moses was a

his vitality

diminished

The children
of
Israel
wept
for Moses in the plains of Moab thirty days :
so
the days
of weeping in
the
mourning for Moses were
ended
.
The Israelites
grieved
for Moses in the plains of Moab thirty days ,
until
the time
of weeping and
mourning for Moses came
to
an
end
.
Joshua the
son of Nun was full
of
the spirit of wisdom ;
for
Moses had laid his hands on him :
and
the children
of
Israel
listened
to
him ,
and did as Yahweh
commanded Moses.
Now
Joshua son of Nun was filled
with
the spirit of wisdom because
Moses had laid his hands on him .
So
the Israelites
obeyed
him and did as the
LORD
had
commanded Moses.
There
has
not
arisen
a
prophet
since in Israel like Moses, whom Yahweh
knew face to face ,
Since that
time,
no
prophet
has
risen
in Israel like Moses, whom the
LORD
knew face to face —
in
all the signs and the
wonders ,
which
Yahweh
sent him
to do in the land of Egypt ,
to Pharaoh ,
and to all his servants,
and to
all his land,
no
prophet
who
did
all the signs and wonders that
the
LORD
sent Moses
to do in the land of Egypt to Pharaoh and to all his officials
and all his land,
and in
all the mighty hand,
and in
all
the
great
terror,
which
Moses worked
in the sight of all Israel.
and no
prophet
who
performed
all the mighty acts
of
power
and awesome
deeds
that
Moses did
in the sight of all Israel.
