Paul, Silvanus, and Timothy, to the assembly
of the Thessalonians in God our Father ,
and the Lord Jesus Christ:
Paul, Silvanus, and Timothy, To the church
of the Thessalonians in God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ:
Grace to
you
and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Grace and peace to
you
from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
We are bound
to
always
give
thanks
to God for you, brothers, even
as it
is appropriate
, because your faith grows
exceedingly
, and the
love of
each
and
every
one
of
you
towards
one another abounds;
We are obligated
to thank
God for you all
the
time
, brothers, as is fitting
, because your faith is
growing
more
and
more
, and your
love for
one another is
increasing.
so
that we ourselves
boast about you
in
the
assemblies
of
God
for
your patience
and faith in all your
persecutions
and
in
the afflictions
which
you endure
.
That is
why
we boast among
God’s
churches
about your perseverance
and faith in the
face
of
all the persecution
and
affliction
you are
enduring
.
This is an
obvious
sign
of the
righteous judgment of
God,
to
the
end
that
you may
be counted worthy of the Kingdom of God, for which you also
suffer
.
All
this is clear
evidence
of God’s
righteous judgment .
And
so
you will
be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you are
suffering
.
Since
it is a
righteous
thing
with
God to repay affliction to
those who afflict you,
After
all,
it is only
right
for
God to repay with
affliction those who afflict you,
and to give
relief to you that
are afflicted
with
us ,
when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with his mighty angels in
flaming
fire,
and to grant
relief to you who
are oppressed
and
to
us as
well.
This
will
take
place
when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels
giving
vengeance to
those who don't
know God ,
and to
those
who
don't
obey the Gospel of our Lord Jesus ,
in
blazing
fire,
inflicting
vengeance on
those who do
not
know God and do
not
obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus .
who
will pay
the penalty :
eternal destruction from the face
of the Lord and from
the glory of his might,
They
will suffer
the penalty of
eternal destruction ,
separated
from the presence
of the Lord and the glory of His might,
when
he comes to be glorified in his saints ,
and to
be
admired
among
all those
who have believed (because
our
testimony
to
you was
believed )
in
that
day
.
on
the
day
He comes to be glorified in His saints and regarded
with
wonder
by
all who have believed ,
including
you who
have
believed our
testimony
.
To this end we also
pray
always for you, that our God may
count you worthy of your
calling, and fulfill every desire of
goodness
and work of faith, with
power;
To this end ,
we always pray
for you, that our God will
count you worthy of His
calling, and that
He
will
powerfully
fulfill your
every good
desire and work of faith,
that the name of our Lord Jesus may
be glorified in you, and you in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.
so
that the name of our Lord Jesus will
be glorified in you, and you in Him, according to the grace of our God and of
the Lord Jesus Christ.
