If
any of you has
a grievance
against another
, how
dare
he
go to law before the unrighteous instead
of
before the saints !
Dare
any of you ,
having
a matter
against his
neighbor
, go to law before the unrighteous ,
and
not
before the saints ?
Do
you not
know that the saints will judge the world? And if you
are
to
judge
the world, are you not
competent
to judge trivial
cases
?
Don't
you know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world is
judged
by
you
, are you unworthy
to judge the
smallest
matters
?
Do
you not
know that we will judge angels? How much more the
things of
this life !
Don't
you know that we will judge angels? How much more ,
things that
pertain
to
this life ?
So
if you need
to settle
everyday
matters
, do you appoint
as
judges
those
of no standing
in the church
?
If then,
you have
to judge
things
pertaining
to
this
life
, do you set
them
to
judge
who
are
of no account
in the assembly
?
I say this to your
shame. Is
there really
no
one among you wise
enough
to arbitrate
between his brothers?
I say this to move
you
to
shame. Isn't
there even
one wise
man
among you who
would
be
able
to decide
between his brothers?
Instead,
one
brother goes to law against
another
, and this
in
front
of
unbelievers!
But
brother goes to law with
brother
, and that
before
unbelievers!
The
very
fact
that you have lawsuits among
you
means
that
you
are
thoroughly
defeated
already
. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be cheated
?
Therefore
it
is
already
altogether
a
defect
in
you,
that you have lawsuits one
with
another
. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be defrauded
?
Instead
, you yourselves cheat
and
do wrong, even
against your own
brothers !
No
, but
you yourselves do wrong, and
defraud,
and
that
against your brothers .
Do
you not
know that the wicked
will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do
not
be deceived :
Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men
who
submit
to
or
perform
homosexual
acts
,
Or
don't
you know that the unrighteous
will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don't
be deceived .
Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male
prostitutes
, nor
homosexuals,
nor thieves, nor the
greedy
, nor drunkards, nor verbal
abusers
, nor swindlers
, will inherit the kingdom of God.
nor thieves, nor covetous
, nor drunkards, nor slanderers
, nor extortioners
, will inherit the Kingdom of God.
And
that
is
what
some of you were.
But you were washed ,
you were sanctified ,
you were justified ,
in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ
and by
the Spirit of our God.
Such
were
some of you ,
but you were washed .
But
you were sanctified .
But
you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus ,
and in
the Spirit of our God.
“Everything
is
permissible
for me, ”
but not everything
is
beneficial
. “Everything
is
permissible
for me, ”
but I will not be mastered
by
anything.
"All
things
are
lawful
for me, "
but not all
things
are
expedient
. "All
things
are
lawful
for me, "
but I will not be brought
under
the
power
of
anything.
“Food
for the stomach
and the stomach
for food
, ”
but God will destroy
them
both. The body is not intended
for sexual immorality, but for the Lord ,
and the Lord for the body.
"Foods
for the belly,
and the belly
for foods
, "
but God will bring
to
nothing
both it
and
them
. But
the body is not for sexual immorality, but for the Lord ;
and the Lord for the body.
By
His
power
God raised the Lord from
the
dead
, and He
will raise us also
.
Now
God raised up
the Lord, and will also
raise us up
by
his
power
.
Do
you not
know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and unite
them with
a prostitute? Never!
Don't
you know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ ,
and make
them members
of
a prostitute? May
it
never be
!
Or don’t
you know that he who unites
himself
with
a prostitute is one with
her
in
body? For it
is
said
, “
The two will become one flesh. ”
Or don't
you know that he who is
joined
to
a prostitute is one body? For, "
The two ,"
says
he,
"
will become one flesh. "
But he who unites
himself
with
the Lord is one with
Him
in
spirit.
But he who is
joined
to
the Lord is one spirit.
Flee from
sexual immorality .
Every other
sin a man can
commit
is outside his
body, but he who sins
sexually
sins against his own body.
Flee sexual immorality !
"
Every sin that
a man does
is outside the
body, "
but he who commits
sexual
immorality
sins against his own body.
Do
you not
know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who
is in you, whom
you have received
from God? You are not your own ;
Or
don't
you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which
is in you, which
you have from God? You are not your own ,
you were bought at
a price. Therefore glorify God with
your body.
for
you were bought with

in

spirit,
which
are
God's
.
